Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snapa. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person.

Snapa is operated by Alpha Earn LLC, a United States limited liability company, and is offered to users worldwide.

Snapa is offered through subscription plans and generation credits. Plan contents and the credit cost of each generation are set by us and may change; the current figures are shown in the app before you buy.

Purchases are processed through the applicable platform's payment system: Apple's In-App Purchase on iOS (via Adapty), and via Stripe on Android where permitted. We do not guarantee refunds beyond what the relevant platform's own refund policy requires.

Credits are consumed only for completed, delivered results. If a generation fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

You retain all rights in the photos you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and to process them - including through the third-party AI providers described in the Privacy Policy - in order to generate the images you request.

Generated images are provided for your personal use under these terms. Depending on the AI provider in use, generated images may carry an AI watermark (such as SynthID). Snapa does not promise watermark-free output unless the provider then in use genuinely supports it.

Snapa's passport and official-document photo tools are provided as a convenience only. Requirements vary by country and issuing authority and change over time. Snapa does not guarantee that any generated photo will be accepted by any government, agency or institution. You must verify the current requirements with the relevant authority before you submit any photo.

You may not:

• impersonate anyone with the intent to deceive;
• generate images of another real person without that person's own account-based, explicit consent;
• attempt to bypass, disable or manipulate our safety or moderation systems;
• use the service for fraudulent documents, or for any illegal purpose;
• create sexual content involving minors under any circumstance. This is prohibited absolutely, with zero tolerance, and reported where the law requires it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and in particular the prohibited-uses section above. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Generated images are produced by AI systems and may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the service is limited.

To the extent any limitation is not permitted where you live, the limitation applies only as far as the law there allows, and nothing here removes rights you cannot waive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Missouri have jurisdiction over any dispute - except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. Material changes are notified in the app, and the date at the top of this page is updated.
