Questions
Your reference photos are encrypted in transit and at rest and are used only to personalize your own generations. No storage method is ever completely secure, and the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we do with your data.
Yes. You can delete individual reference photos, individual generated photos, your whole Studio Profile, or your entire account from inside the app at any time.
No. Requirements vary by country and issuing authority and change over time. Always verify the current specifications with the authority before you submit a photo.
Deleting your account removes your reference photos and generated photos from our primary storage. Data already sent to a third-party AI provider is subject to that provider's own retention terms, which we describe in the Privacy Policy.
Generation runs through third-party AI image providers - currently Google's Gemini image models. That provider may change over time, and the Privacy Policy is updated when it does.
Only with that person's own account and explicit consent. Consent is never inferred from someone appearing in a photo you uploaded.
Snapa is built for people anywhere in the world. It is operated by Alpha Earn LLC, a United States company, and works the same wherever you are.
