Privacy Policy

Last updated February 2026

Snapa is operated by Alpha Earn LLC, a United States limited liability company, and is available to users worldwide. Privacy and data requests: privacy@snapa.space.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address and name, so we can create and secure your account.

Studio Profile reference photos. The photos you upload of yourself: face, profile angles, upper body, full body, and optionally hands, hair, glasses and outfit details.

Generated photos. The images Snapa produces for you, kept in your library so you can view, download and delete them.

Wardrobe and outfit photos. Any clothing photos you choose to upload.

Usage and device information. Basic app and device data needed to operate the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

How your reference photos are used

Reference photos are used solely to personalize photo generation for the account holder. They are not used to identify you outside the app, are never sold, and are never used for advertising.

Third-party AI processing

To produce the photographs you request, your reference photos and generation requests are sent to and processed by third-party AI image-generation providers - currently Google's Gemini image-generation models. This processing is essential to the product functioning: without it, Snapa cannot generate photos.

The specific provider or providers in use may change over time as the technology changes. When that happens, this policy is updated to name the provider or providers then in use.

Consent

Before any reference photo is processed, you explicitly confirm that you have the right to use the photo and authorize Snapa to process it in order to generate images of you.

For features that involve another person - couples and family photos - that person must have their own Snapa account and must give their own explicit consent. Consent is never inferred from someone simply appearing in a photo that you uploaded.

Data retention and deletion

Reference photos and generated photos are retained while your account is active. From inside the app you can delete individual reference photos, your entire Studio Profile, individual generated photos, or your entire account, at any time.

Deleting your Studio Profile or your account removes the relevant reference data from our primary storage. Data that has already been sent to a third-party AI provider is subject to that provider's own retention terms, which we do not control.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and export your photos and account data. You can also withdraw your consent to processing by deleting your Studio Profile or account.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@snapa.space. We respond as required by the law that applies to you, wherever you are.

Children

Snapa may not be used by anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it and its photos.

Security

Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to stored data is restricted through access controls. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is ever 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, our providers, or the law change. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
